1.1 No Purchase Necessary

OnLive Draws operates strictly as a promotional sweepstakes platform that requires no monetary spending or financial commitment from users.

• No purchase, payment, or financial transaction of any kind is required to participate, earn tickets, or win prizes.
• Participation is funded entirely through the completion of available surveys provided by the external platform CPX-RESEARCH.
• Virtual Utility: Tickets earned on the platform are a virtual utility with no inherent monetary value outside of the OnLive Draws ecosystem and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• These sweepstakes are conducted for recreational and promotional purposes only and are subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

1.2 No-Loss Participation

Tickets invested in a draw are only consumed from the account of the selected winner upon the successful resolution of a drawing.

• If a participant is not selected as the winner, the reserved tickets are released back to the available balance once the prize is successfully claimed.
• The official winner of a draw has the tickets permanently deducted from their balance immediately upon the selection of a winner.
• Prizes have 72 hours to be claimed; if no claim is made, a redraw will be conducted with the remaining participants, excluding the original winner. This process repeats until a winner successfully claims the prize.

1.3 Account Activity & Maintenance

To maintain platform integrity and ensure active participation, OnLive Draws implements an activity-based status system.

• Inactivity Period: Accounts that fail to complete at least one survey within a rolling 72-hour period are automatically marked as "Inactive." The inactivity status is verified and updated daily.
• Restrictions: Inactive accounts are temporarily restricted from participating in new draws and are ineligible to claim pending prizes until their active status is restored.
• Account Reactivation: Active status is restored automatically upon obtaining the required amount of tickets (as indicated by the platform) through survey participation.
• Data Retention: Inactivity does not result in the loss of previously earned tickets or historical data, provided the account remains in good standing.

1.4 Prize Delivery & Support

Prizes are delivered as digital gift cards for external platforms and are sent exclusively to the winner's registered email address.

• No Sponsorship: OnLive Draws is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand or company whose prizes appear on the platform (e.g., Steam, Amazon, Apple). All prizes are independently funded through the platform's prize pool.
• Email Delivery: All digital codes and vouchers are dispatched only after a successful claim has been processed.
• Code Verification & Support: In the event of a prize claim issue supported by visible evidence, OnLive Draws will contact the external provider for verification. Their final response will serve as the definitive resolution regarding the code's validity.
• Regional Restrictions: Some prizes are exclusively intended for specific geographical regions. In such cases, the restricted region will be explicitly indicated in the prize title (e.g., "Amazon (US)").
• Global Prize Limitations: While certain prizes are designated as "Global," some countries may still be restricted from claiming or redeeming them due to independent policies, technical constraints, or regional exclusions imposed by the external prize provider.
• External Account Responsibility: Winners are solely responsible for having a valid and compatible account on the target external platform before participating in any draw.
• OnLive Draws is not responsible for a winner's inability to redeem a prize due to account status, regional conflicts, or any restrictions imposed by the third-party platform, regardless of whether the prize is regional or global. OnLive Draws is likewise not liable for lost or stolen digital codes after confirmed delivery.

1.5 Survey Validation & Integrity

All survey content is managed and delivered by the external platform CPX-RESEARCH.

• Participant Qualification: The external provider implements specific demographic filters (screenouts). Not all users will meet the required criteria for every survey. OnLive Draws maintains no influence over provider-side disqualifications or "partial completions."
• Verification Policy: Ticket allocation occurs only after successful verification from CPX-RESEARCH. While most rewards are processed in real-time, certain validations may require between 24 and 48 hours for processing as governed by the external provider's validation cycle.
• Ticket Reversals: In the event of a survey completion reversal or chargeback initiated by CPX-RESEARCH, OnLive Draws reserves the right to deduct the corresponding ticket amount from the user balance.
• Rounding Policy: For system consistency and transparency, all ticket values earned or calculated (including loyalty bonuses) are always rounded down to the nearest integer.
• Conversion & Sustainability: Ticket allocation is determined by OnLive Draws based on internal conversion rates. These rates are subject to change at any time to ensure the sustainability of the platform’s prize pools and service quality.
• Integrity Measures: Using VPNs, proxies, or providing intentionally inaccurate information in surveys may result in the immediate rejection of the survey by the external provider.

2.1 Cryptographic Drawing Resolution

To guarantee complete transparency and fairness, all draws are resolved using a verifiable cryptographic algorithm.

• Server Seed: A cryptographic string generated by our server before the draw begins. It remains hidden until the draw concludes to prevent manipulation.
• Client Seed: A string generated the moment the draw ends. This consists of a concatenated list of all participants (with securely masked emails) and their respective number of entries, sorted in descending order by entry count. This ensures the outcome relies directly on the participants and cannot be predetermined by the server.
• Nonce: The total number of ticket entries registered in the specific draw.

2.2 Mathematical Proof of Fairness

Winners are determined through a public mathematical formula that anyone can replicate and verify:

• The Server Seed, Client Seed, and Nonce are combined into a single string Server Seed:Client Seed:Nonce.
• A SHA-256 hash is generated from this combined string.
• The first 8 hexadecimal characters of this hash are converted into a standard decimal number.
• A modulo (%) operation is applied using this decimal number against the total number of entries (Nonce).
• The resulting remainder represents the exact Winner Index. The participant holding the entry slot corresponding to this index wins the draw.

2.3 Independent Verification

Users are encouraged to independently verify the integrity of any completed draw. The Verify (shield) icon, accessible for every result in the Hall of Fame, provides two distinct verification methods:

• Automatic Verification
  This mode uses the draw ID to fetch the necessary cryptographic data and recalculates the SHA-256 hash locally in the browser.
• Manual Verification
  For absolute trustlessness, users may copy the provided unhashed Server Seed, Client Seed, and Nonce. These strings can be processed through any third-party SHA-256 cryptographic tool to manually confirm that the winner index aligns with the mathematical formula.

2.4 Display of Win Probabilities

The win probabilities displayed across the platform are calculated based on your entries relative to the total entries in a draw.

• For visual clarity within the user interface, these probabilities are rounded to two decimal places.
• Due to this rounding, the displayed values may not be perfectly exact and are provided for informational purposes only. The actual cryptographic draw resolution always remains precise, exact, and deterministic.

2.5 Real-Time Animation & Connectivity

The visual drawing animation shown on the platform relies on real-time data synchronization (polling) between your device and our servers.

• Unstable, slow, or intermittent internet connections may cause the animation to appear delayed, stuck, or out of sync with the actual server-side result.
• In the event of a connectivity issue, the final result recorded on our servers and displayed in the Hall of Fame remains the only official and binding outcome of the draw.
• OnLive Draws is not responsible for any visual inconsistencies or perceived errors caused by your local network conditions.

3.1 Local Legal Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the legal framework of their respective jurisdictions. OnLive Draws holds no liability for any user-side breach of local regulations regarding draws or digital rewards.

3.2 Account Integrity & Termination

OnLive Draws reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate any account or IP address at its sole discretion for violating the rules, including but not limited to:

• Survey Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate survey completion data, provided through CPX-RESEARCH, to obtain tickets or prizes through unauthorized means.
• Technical Abuse: Any advanced attempt to compromise the technical integrity or security of the platform.

4.1 Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OnLive Draws is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from technical failures, downtime, or issues with third-party digital code providers once delivery is confirmed.

4.2 Intellectual Property

All proprietary platform assets, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and software, remain the exclusive property of OnLive Draws. This excludes any third-party icons or open-source assets that are utilized under their respective license agreements. All third-party trademarks, brand names, and logos referenced on the platform remain the property of their respective owners.

5.1 Modifications to Terms

OnLive Draws reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the registered email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
